Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small potato
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook potato and mash well.
Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Makes 2 pies.
