Tomato Soup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. diced dates
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix soup, margarine and sugar well; add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well, then add flour and spices.
    Fold in dates and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Frost with Caramel Frosting.
