Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 small finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients together except 1/4
    cup
    crackers and melted
    butter.
    Pour into small casserole.
    Pour
    melted butter over mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of
    cracker crumbs saved from above.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour
    or until knife comes out clean.
