German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 apples, sliced thin
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat the eggs and salad oil until light.
Add all the following ingredients.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch or smaller pan.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
