Buffet Sandwich Tray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 small can black olives, sliced and drained
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 (7 oz.) can chunk ham, drained
    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can chunk chicken
    4 green onions, sliced
    white and whole wheat bread slices
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients in bowl.
    Add salt and pepper. Spread 1/2-inch thick in center of large platter.
    Arrange following ingredients in strips on cream cheese mixture: olives, sieved egg whites topped with sieved egg yolks, ham, tomato, chicken and green onions.
    Chill until serving time.
    Arrange bread around edge of platter just before serving.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
    May substitute crabmeat and tiny shrimp.
