Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. canned milk
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook meat, onion, salt and pepper in a skillet until meat is done.
Mix soups, milk, sauce and green chilies in saucepan. Combine all ingredients.
Line bottom of casserole dish with tortilla chips.
Layer meat mixture and grated cheese.
Repeat layers until all meat mixture is used.
End up with layer of chips on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
