Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 box (large) Velveeta
1 small onion
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
Slice cheese and onion thinly.
Place in layers in casserole dish (potatoes, cheese and onion) until completed.
Pour can of soup on top.
Rinse can with water and pour over casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
