Ingredients

2 whole garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste and 4 cans hot water
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook garlic in oil until soft (low heat).
Do not burn! Add paste and water mixture.
Add seasonings.
Simmer 1/2 hour.
