Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in thin pieces
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line pan with unbaked pastry.
    Heat milk.
    While milk is heating, break egg yolks into bowl and beat slightly.
    Add flour, sugar and salt to egg mixture.
    Pour hot milk into egg mixture and stir.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover with meringue.
    Bake 15 minutes.
