Barbecue Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) boneless pork roast
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    Remove roast and slice or shred meat.
    Put back in crock-pot
    with sauce.
    Serve on buns.
