Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Combine ingredients except mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
    Chill 24 hours before serving.
    Serve at room temperature.
