Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can French green beans, cut small
    1 (1 lb.) can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 (1 lb.) can early June peas (small)
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. purple onion, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 small jar red pimentos
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let stand refrigerated overnight.
    Keeps several days in refrigerator.
