Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can Chinese mixed vegetables, undrained
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles.
    Mix well and turn into a large casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
