Family Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 pork chops
    onion slices
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops and place them in shallow baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice.
    Make a sauce of remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover last 20 minutes.
