Just Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 can Italian style tomatoes, pureed
1 can Italian style tomatoes (whole)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. garlic powder (if fresh is not available)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Roll hamburger in small balls, or crumble and fry.
Saute onion and garlic with meat, plus bell peppers and celery, if desired.
(I use it all.)
Add potatoes, parsley and tomatoes.
When all is tender, add frozen vegetable mixture and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until tender.
