Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. sour cream (for low-calorie, substitute plain yogurt)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1 box Knorr vegetable Swiss soup mix
    4 oz. mayonnaise (do not substitute salad dressing)
Preparation
    Chop spinach in food processor.
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Serve with fresh vegetables or bread chunks.
    (I use broccoli, celery and carrot sticks and chunks of pumpernickel bread.)
