Peroskies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe yeast dough
    10 potatoes, cooked and mashed with masher (not whipped)
    1 lb. bacon, fried (save grease)
    onion
Preparation
    Fry onion in bacon grease.
    Mix all ingredients together. Flatten dough and pinch off piece.
    Put tater mix in and pinch shut.
    Place pinched side down.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
