Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 yellow pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 pkg. Mexican cheese
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Grill or pan-fry chicken breasts.
    While chicken is cooking, saute onion & peppers until they are tender.
    Take cooked chicken breasts and put on platter.
    Put onions & peppers over chicken. Cover with cheese.
    Put in microwave.
    Warm till cheese melts.
    Can serve with the sauce.
