Pecan Snow Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavor Crisco
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk or water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashion, uncooked)
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat first four ingredients until creamy. Add combined flour, oats, pecans and salt; mix well.
    Shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until bottoms are light golden brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
