Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 c. margarine
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

This makes 4 or 5 crusts and is easy to work with.
Mix all ingredients.
Place and spread crust into pie pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
The pie crusts can be frozen and used later. Especially good for fruit pies.
