Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mashed squash
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake just until silver knife inserted 1-inch from side comes out clean.
    The center may still look soft but will set later. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
