Roast - Crock-Pot Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small beef roast
    1 medium onion
    1 can Campbell's onion soup
Preparation
    Line bottom of crock-pot with sliced onion. Salt and pepper roast and put into pot.
    Pour can of soup over roast.
    Pour additional water until 1/2 to 3/4-inches below top of roast. Cover and cook 7 to 10 hours.
