Savory Ham And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. instant rice
8 oz. (1 1/2 c.) cooked ham, in bite size pieces
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Combine carrots, onions, green pepper and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 5 minutes.
Do not drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
