Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
3 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
3 apples, diced or grated
3 bananas, sliced
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Cool Whip

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until it starts to set and add apples, bananas and pineapple and set until firm.
Mix and cook until thickened the pineapple juice, flour, sugar and egg.
Cool, then add Cool Whip and spread over Jell-O and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
