Shrimp Sauteed With Wine And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    12 large shrimp
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan.
    Add mushrooms, green onions and basil; saute about 5 minutes.
    Dredge shrimp in flour, saute in mushroom pan until just cooked through (2 minutes).
    Add wine, 4 tablespoons butter, lemon juice and parsley.
    Mix and serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 2.
