Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pinch off enough to make 1-inch balls. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or roll out the dough and cut into small biscuits and bake.
