Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 can Mexicorn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag Fritos
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chili (with or without beans)
Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Add corn and chili. Alternate in casserole the Fritos, meat mixture and cheese. Pour enchilada sauce over everything.
Heat for approximately 30 minutes at 370\u00b0.
