Salmon Steaks With Tarragon Butter - cooking recipe

1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 shallot, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 salmon steaks
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Spread over salmon steaks. Cook with grill lid open over medium-hot coals (350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) for 10 minutes on each side.
Yields 4 servings.
