Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. sliced celery
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. green peppers, sliced in strips
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix salt, cornstarch, chicken broth, soy sauce and m.s.g.
    Set aside.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok.
    Add carrots and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add liquid mixture and stir-fry for another minute.
    Remove from heat.
