Homemade Root Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. root beer extract
    1 gal. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a gallon jar.
    Cover with the lid; set it in the hot sun for 4 hours.
    Chill.
    Serve after setting for 24 hours.
