Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion
3 to 4 Tbsp. bacon fat (or oil if you choose)
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 c. dried
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 lb. Polish style sausage, sliced
6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 c. apple juice
Preparation

Saute the onions in the bacon fat until crisp and tender.
Add the bell pepper, parsley and garlic and stir.
Add the sausage and stir again.
Add the potatoes, soy sauce, hot sauce and apple juice.
Stir; cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
