Bella Pasta(This Dish Can Be Low-Fat And Addictive!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. pignoli nuts (pine nuts)
    1 lb. spinach or broccoli
    1 jar roasted red peppers
    4 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    1/4 to 1/3 c. fresh Romano cheese
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
    2 Tbsp. low-fat olive oil and 1/2 c. water or 1/2 c. regular olive oil
    1 grilled chicken, cut in chunks
    5 leaves basil, cut
    1 lb. flounder, sole or salmon fillets or similar fish
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. white wine or water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill
    2 c. macaroni (corkscrew, elbow)
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. ground beef
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 medium pepper (optional)
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Combine egg, milk and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir into macaroni.
    Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray. Spread macaroni mixture evenly in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
