Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 29 oz. can sliced peaches in light syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg
1 stick margarine (melted)
Cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Coat a 3 quart glass casserole dish with Pam.
Drain about 1/2 the juice off the peaches.
Pour peaches and remaining juice into casserole dish.
Mix sugar, flour and egg until crumbly.
Mixture will be kind of dry.
Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
Sprinkle dry mixture over peaches evenly.
Pour melted margarine evenly over top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes-1 hour or until golden brown.
(Also works well with canned pears.)
