Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 scant c. butter
Preparation

Slice apples into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Add cinnamon and water.
Work together flour, sugar and butter until mixture is fine lumps.
Spread mixture over apples.
Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly.
