Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Boil one can of sweetened condensed milk in a boiler of water, unopened, for 3 hours; let cool down.
    Pour into graham cracker crust and top with Cool Whip, if desired.
