Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up very small
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. apples (Red Delicious)
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Cut up very small.
    Cut up celery. Cut up apples.
    For dressing, use equal amounts of mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Refrigerate; use for sandwiches or serve on lettuce leaves.
