Dorothy'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 lb. tomatoes
    18 hot banana peppers, ground
    12 green peppers, diced
    10 large onions, ground
    4 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and cut into chunks.
    Cook tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic until desired consistency.
    Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Pour into sterilized pint jars.
    Seal.
    Hot water bath for 15 minutes.
    Yields 14 pints.
