Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. corn tortillas, quartered
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken, reserving one cup chicken broth.
    Set aside.
    In a saucepan, combine onion, garlic, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
    Heat through, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream.
