Potatoes, Tomatoes And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. tiny new potatoes
    3 oz. plum tomatoes (fresh)
    3 Tbsp. fresh basil
    4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; cook until tender (about 18 minutes).
    Wash and trim tomatoes; cut into bite size.
    Place in serving bowl and cut in basil.
    Add vinegar.
    When potatoes are cool, cut into halves or quarters; add to bowl.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
