Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 gal. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 pt. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. celery seed
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. salt
enough white vinegar to make soft texture
Preparation

Makes 1 gallon of sauce, but can be cut down.
