Never To Be Forgotten Garlic Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 to 8 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
7 tsp. sesame seed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and coarsely chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Tear out the soft center of bread in chunks, leaving crust intact.
Put bread shell on baking sheet covered in foil.
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Stir in garlic and sesame seed.
Add bread chunks and cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Combine sour cream, Jack cheese, Parmesan, parsley and lemon pepper.
Stir in artichoke hearts and spoon into bread shells.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
