Extra Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    amount of chicken as desired, cut and skinned
    self-rising flour
    salt and pepper
    Crisco shortening
    bowl of water
Preparation
    In deep frying pan, add enough Crisco to about cover chicken. While grease is getting hot, salt and pepper chicken, roll in flour, dip completely in water and roll in flour again (cover good).
    Place in frying pan and cook, covered, on medium to high heat, until golden brown.
    (Be careful not to cook too quick, for chicken will not be done.)
