Italian Sausage And Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
    4 c. unpared zucchini (julienne cuts or shredded)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice sausage in 1/4-inch slices.
    Brown in wok or large skillet.
    Add onions when sausage is nearly done.
    Drain.
    Add Tabasco sauce and oregano.
    Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove to serving plate; sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with crusty Italian bread.
