Roast Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 4 1/2 lb. roast loin of pork
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
2 cans sauerkraut, rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped onion
1 can beer
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.
Brown pork in large skillet with oil, then place in large cooker.
