Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Cream butter, stir in sour cream.
    Gradually add the biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filing 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 3 dozen.
