Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 red potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 green olives, sliced
    3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
