Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. round steak, sliced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle paprika over meat and brown in margarine.
    Simmer with broth.
    Add onions, pepper and celery.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; stir into meat.
    Cook until clear and thick; add tomatoes.
    Serve over rice.
