Caraway Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. caraway seeds
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl.
    Grease and flour 9-inch round pan.
    Before baking, make a large cross and sprinkle with sugar and margarine.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
