Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 1/4 c. milk
10 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices (about 2 c.) white bread, cubed
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, brown sausage.
Drain well and set aside.
In large bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt.
Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
Stir in cheese, sausage and bread.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
