Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boiled chickens, boned
2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms, sliced (reserve juice)
1 (7 oz.) can pimento, chopped
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
Chinese noodles
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
milk *
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

In very large mixing bowl, place chicken (cut into pieces), sliced mushrooms (reserving juice), pimento and onion.
(*Add enough milk to mushroom juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.)
Stir into mayonnaise together with seasonings.
Add to chicken and toss lightly.
Pour into large ungreased baking tin or casserole. Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Serve on hot, toasted Chinese noodles; top with toasted almonds.
Serves about 16.
